CCAPL -Carroll County Animal Protection League

The CCAPL will hold the January regular meeting at the Friendship Center in Carrollton. (C.C. Fairgrounds).  If weather is a factor and Carrollton Schools are closed, the meeting will be canceled and resumed the following first Tuedsay in February.
